The Green Beret, a cocktail Curtis designed for a Lucid cocktail competition. If you're looking for an absinthe drink that doesn't put absinthe direct in your face constantly, perhaps this is your drink. This was the second rendition of the cocktail design that had much less absinthe contribution yet still keeps it in the drink flavor profile.

mery Liqueur and build a recipe that Eric from Simply Made Cocktails invented called the Viniq Tropical Passion. The recipe includes Patron Citronge but we'll pick something else because we're out of that orange liqueur. So, we use our favorite: Senior Curacao! If you want to make the Viniq Tropical Passion the recipe is below, otherwise you can head over to Simply Made Cocktails and check it out there.

This drink brings some POW in its easy drinking nature yet you can just feel the alcohol content on your tongue. Perhaps it brings a little bite but it's tough to judge if it's that or a sour flavor. Considering this cocktail isn't balanced with a sour component, the alcohol may be generating the bite for you.

The Cruzan Confusion, I've heard many recipes called by the name, this one comes directly from Cruzan so it must be their official version. Although some bars will pour five or so flavored rums into a bucket and call it the Cruzan Confusion.

The wolf bite, apparently the exact same cocktail as the Zombie Bite (linked below), must be a lucid absinthe design considering it calls for it..and it's the second drink with the exact same ingredients. Absinthe lovers rejoice. A roller coaster of crazy flavor, this reminds Derrick of a Pearl Harbor dipped in black licorice.

This recipe, submitted by Søren in Denmark, a derivative of a Don Beach Comber recipe with Horror Infused Bitters. This recipe totally play's in the tiki realm quite well, with a bit of a Horror Infused Mai Tai feel but with a completely different set of ingredients.

The Caribou Lou, a cocktail we made years ago but didn't give proper credit to Tech N9ne as a viewer submitted the recipe and never gave us the source. Here it is, in all its glory. Basic, yet powerful, simple yet bright on color. This drink wasn't intended to be created by a master mixologist. But, many of the great recipe combinations that exist were regular folks making a simple cocktail that they liked.

This cocktail brings on the sweet pineapple flavor with a little rich dark flavors hidden within its taste. The dark rum is well hidden and offers no real burn factor as you sip. A great concept for a sweet-forward punch. If you're a fan of pineapple juice, if you like sweeter drinks than this is the punch you may want to be drinking. It is simple in design and does not require too many ingredients to hunt down.

The Green Thumb is definitely green with a bit of foam on the top, submitted by Alfredo... but now I'm hungry for some pasta. The alcohol balance is very good in this drink, there might almost be too good of a balance. No one ingredient overpowers the Green Thumb, if anything there is a bit of an ethanol draw on the back of the finish. This is much like a fancy screwdriver cocktail.
