Caribbean Fusion

More gold rum, this time we’re using Myers’s Gold rum and Cheatau Monet for our raspberry liqueur. This cocktail has fresh lime juice and pineapple juice in it as well, making it a very tasty fruity style cocktail recipe. Slightly sweet, slightly awesome (okay, full of awesome) with nice color.

Tahitian Pear Cocktail Recipe

If you’ve enjoyed Maraschino Liqueur in the past or are looking for something that shows off the liqueur without overbearing the cocktail, the Tahitian Pearl is a great selection. You’ll get the green organic-like taste from this classic cocktail with a nice lemonade-style balance.

Gin Runner Recipe

A huge flavorful cocktail with wicked awesome tastes and flavors. A bit of sweet, a slight hint of sour all brought with a real life fruitiness that will impress friends and family at parties. After the show we still sat down trying to find the flavor and Jennifer got it: Yankee Candle. The finish reminds us of the scenes of a red yankee candle (strawberry?)

Pineapple Bite Recipe

Something unique and different, the Pineapple Bite cocktail brings pineapple juice with a slight sourness with a dry finish. Cranberry Collins Recipe

Don’t go too far, the day after Thanksgiving is for leftovers! We’re utilizing the cranberry essence once again to create the Cranberry Collins. It’s a slightly sour style cocktail, a bit different than normal around here, but tasty and gin-tastic once again! We’re using Bombay Sapphire to create this well thought out recipe of simplicity [...]

Halloween Cocktail: Sour Witch

The third halloween cocktail for 2009, we’re getting closer to the day so let’s really start cranking through some sillyness. This time we’re creating the Sour Witch, another Jonathan Pogash recipe using Lucid Absinthe and sour cherries. We opened a bottle of sparkling wine earlier in the week so we’re using it with this cocktail [...]

Halloween Cocktail: Bloody-Tini

The second Halloween Cocktail Recipes of the week? Bloody-Tini. This one may be challenging for some of the folks over seas to create if they don’t have access to VeeV Açaí Spirit or an equivalent product. If you have access to Açaí juice without the VeeV I’d try substituting pomegranate vodka or blueberry vodka. We’ve [...]

Of course, Amaretto fans will be happy and the overall sweetness makes it a desirable drink for those new to cocktail/shooters or those with a little bit of a sweet tooth. Enter, the Broken Down Golf Cart…what a silly name! [...]
