Today begins a week of grapefruit cocktails, we got some grapefruit juice so we want to bust through some user submissions using the juice. So, expect some sour bites to this weeks show. The hemingway cocktail is a mild version of a sour bite, the maraschino liqueur takes center stage it seems.
If you’ve enjoyed Maraschino Liqueur in the past or are looking for something that shows off the liqueur without overbearing the cocktail, the Tahitian Pearl is a great selection. You’ll get the green organic-like taste from this classic cocktail with a nice lemonade-style balance.
This drink has a few rums in it, five to be specific. The Cinco Drinko brings almost all the flavors of rum together to create a dink all its own, with a bit of pineapple juice to bring some thickness and structure.
