A bit more of a sour bite to what could traditionally be seen as more of a whiskey sour. The agave brings a bit less sweet allowing the lemon to bring a bit more domination.
A sour bite that strikes hard against the whiskey. You have to be willing to accept a citrus and irish whiskey melding together in your mouth.
Lovely sour flavor with a smooth silky texture that brings lots of gin flavor, foamy head and a dry finish
Great cocktail for the non-gin drinker as it brings some aromatic gin flavors and botanicals without an over-sensitive amount of juniper even when the base gin has strong juniper notes.
A citrus heavy sour with a white rum aftertaste/bite, no real brandy impact. Kinda reminds us of the lemon drop; more sour than a margarita but not as much as a lemon drop.
A white powerade with a dry citrus finish with a really nice fancy/sexy look
Good deal of medicinal flavors along with a bit of sweet vermouth balanced against a high end sloe gin

The The Ramos Gin Fizz Citrus heavy plain white yogurt flavor and consistency, works well as a breakfast yogurt like cocktail. A slight dry bite in the finish.
a very non-sweet “watery” cocktail without any big body with a bit of vanilla, spicy notes that has an aroma of eggnog.
A fairly sour cocktail with passion fruit as the secondary flavor over that of the sour citrus. The dark rum doesn’t play nearly the part we would have thought it would play. In the end, I think this recipe needs more passion fruit syrup to really kick up the passion.
