Today we make the hot cakes shooter, or, what you'd probably call a Pancake shooter because...hot cakes, pancakes ... you know. This is another case of butterscotch turning into the flavor of maple syrup when combined...

Grandma's cookies are always great, and this shot proves it. When combining all of these ingredients it would be rare for them not to work out together; Grandma doesn't disappoint.

The Dirty Girl Scout is, of course, representing only those most adult of girl scouts, more than likely those of 18+ minty proportions! This cocktail represents the mudslide with mint, great for the holidays. If you ever need an excuse for another mudslide style cocktail, here you go, the dirty girl scout!

Today we mix some Art in the Age Root with a cocktail calling for root beer liqueur: Root Beer Dessert Martini. We didn't want to use just a schnapps as that would be a bit sweet and fake rooty flavor.

Happy Halloween! This cocktail isn't "scary", but does give us an excuse to break out a product that arrives as the autumn arrives: Eggnog. We'll have it around until the end of December, so let's start now! Definite coffee and eggnog profile with a bit of a chocolate playing in your mouth as well.

The sugary goodness shot, a shot of vodka for those that have way too many flavored vodka's floating around your bar. Just mix 'em together and add some Irish Cream as a chaser and you're done. The Irish Cream supposedly dulls down the heat of the vodka, but most of the flavor is that of pineapple.

No nipples where harmed in the making of this shooter. The buttery nipple is a layering of two ingredients to give you a flavorful experience of butterscotch and cream. A classic, often ordered shooter at the bar.

If you're looking for that OMG moment, Stroh 80 as a topping on a shooter is going to give you the O-my face. And, as we find out through science, no matter how much 151 you add to a drink you can't get more than 151 in the end. Do you like getting punched in the face? This cocktail is for you--the Coole Swan saves it a bit but the butterscotch is nice too. No real jagermeister in this drink.

Submitted as a Thanksgiving cocktail, but this cocktail can fit many seasons. In any case, it's got Jagermeister Spice and that's all that really matters! We build it both ways, shaken and stirred to try to figure out which one tastes better (if there is any difference at all). And, it tastes a bit like a rumchata / carrot cake.

The Vermonter is a maple focused cocktail that finds itself layered in the shot glass. It finds itself that way, because we made it that way! A syrup sweet cocktail that could be a maple coffee drink from a place like starbucks (without the dark roast beans). A little tongue numbing action. What do you think of layered shots?

The white rainbow is some breaking concoction that plays as a layering experiment with interesting effect. Got a bit of Irish Cream fire, with a good deal of citrus-forward flavor.
