Oh yeah, Tequila. We’re making a cocktail with añejo tequila this week. This is a very complex little cocktail with creme de cacao, chambord and some heavy cream. While this cocktail is great for tequila fans, the complexity and maturity of the añejo really makes this a fun drink for a wide audience (especially those that like more mature whiskey and scotches).
