Flavors similar to that of a chocolate covered banana or a banana split without the vanilla ice cream flavor. Imagine dipping banana slices in a fountain of chocolate… got it? Yeah, there you go. Definite sting/burn/fire in the finish.
Sweet coffee and cream flavor, with a nice punch to the finish which fades pretty quickly. No real bitter flavor to this coffee flavored cocktail/shooter. A minor absinthe aftertaste.
Irish Cream overall flavor with a subtle coconut and a finish of mild banana flavor. A full body creamy texture with sweet coconuts that do not take-over the drink’s flavor profile.

Creme de Cassis is our focus of the day and its interaction with Irish Cream. Talk about a crazy cocktail, this does it for the day. Recipe: 1 oz. Creme de Cassis, 1 oz. Irish Cream, 1/2 oz. Coconut Rum, 1/2 oz. Gold Rum.
Our first cocktail for the upcoming lovely holiday of Valentines. If there is any disappointment, it’s the lack of good spice, but that can be fixed by changing up some brands or proportions. The recipe: 1 oz. Spiced Rum, 1 oz. Irish Cream, 1 oz. Frangelico
