Tequila start that goes strong then falls into a grenadine sweet finisher.
Flavorful reposado and citrus with a mild blend of grapefruit but only a slight tart finish.
A light fruity flavor that rings out citrus from start to finish. The cranberry adds a bit of color, almost a peach-tone, but doesn’t bring too much dry to the finish.

A champagne cocktail that takes a moderatly ‘okay’ champagne and can turn it into a wonderful cocktail delight. The ingredients: 1/2 oz. Cointreau, 2 oz. Cranberry Juice, Champagne and an orange slice.
Vanilla vodka is the core focus in this cocktail with slight hints of sour and citrus to bring a bit more of a dynamic taste. We’re using crushed ice and super chilling this slightly sweet cocktail to bring out some of the refreshing qualities of this beverage. A great after dinner drink or sipping on a hot day.
A drink that will make you salivate for dinner! The Chocobo cocktail brings lots of acids, slightly sour taste with a big cranberry backbone. The cointreau and cognac are almost lost in this cocktail, but maintain a nice smooth consistency that makes the Chocobo easy to consume.
Something unique and different, the Pineapple Bite cocktail brings pineapple juice with a slight sourness with a dry finish. We’re utilizing a good amount of Vermouth for this cocktail, so you’re going to get a dry white wine flair to the cocktail that may be inviting to some and a turn off to others.
