Amaretto usually does not disappoint so we'll see what happens when you bring amaretto together with some lime and coconut rum. In some ways there is a bit of a Mai Tai like flavor thanks to the almonds playing big in the drink. Or, perhaps, an almond daiquiri. Everyone is going to like this... unless you've got some crazy almond allergy. Otherwise, you may find the sweetness slightly balanced out against the lime to create a very enjoyable cocktail experience.

This drink brings some POW in its easy drinking nature yet you can just feel the alcohol content on your tongue. Perhaps it brings a little bite but it's tough to judge if it's that or a sour flavor. Considering this cocktail isn't balanced with a sour component, the alcohol may be generating the bite for you.

Grandma's cookies are always great, and this shot proves it. When combining all of these ingredients it would be rare for them not to work out together; Grandma doesn't disappoint.

If you can imagine a holiday spiced Irish Cream, but with Rum, you're on the right track to the Blue Chair Bay Coconut Spiced Rum Cream. It is no doubt a mouthful of words to describe the bottle but it only takes one word to describe the taste: Yum.

Heaven in a cup says Jennifer, the Mattias Special brings the vanilla of the pink pigeon we utilized along with the coconut flavor and the citrus profile. The passion fruit we used wasn't that great, we could do better on that and get more passion fruit sweetness. Ours was a bit over-diluted but that's easily fixed. Definitely a "sweet tart" profile, a coconut rum with a sweet and a tart all working together.

The X-Otica cocktail, direct from X-Rated's website, we are making a pink drink to keep the breast cancer awareness movement in full swing. This entire week will be pink, this is our second recipe of the series and it's super easy to make if you haves some X-Rated. It is a bit potent, but sweet at the same time, considering neither ingredient is super high proof, the striking potency is probably just flavors smashing you in the face hole.

The coco cooler cocktail, it's like a lightly sweet caramel soda with a bit of angostura mid-palate with a "suntan lotion" like coconut rum finish. This cocktail will liven up your coke experience (if it's the soda type).

Utilizing ok.- energy drink, we create a unique CMC cocktail that's fairly simple to create if you get your hands on some ok.- energy blueberry. More blueberry and coconut with mild pineapple flavor.

It's time to make a cocktail! We skipped Sunday Night Shooters to make a cocktail creation due to my pain killers requiring me not to drink (harder to spit out a shooter). The coconut grove is a bright and lovely looking little cocktail. Not a lot of alcohol flavor in this cocktail but lots of lovely flavor within it. So, if you like a pool side tiki like blast in your face, give it a try.
