A layered cocktail, pousse café, we’re building chambord, frangelico and Bailey’s Irish cream together. The layering technique used should be slightly different than we did in this video to avoid any clouding effects in the layer. However, the taste should be similar.

It’s time for a super sweet attack of flavor with a subtle bite of grapefruit in the finish, it’s the Sex on The Pool Table cocktail. Once again, we’re not sure what the name is doing for the drink but so be it, it’s a good drink. Unfortunately, the coloring on this cocktail could use some work as the brown “dirty water” look isn’t the most extremely appealing of presentations.
The bloody alligator is a shooter with character, an impression that really shows itself off in crowds. If you’re looking for a cocktail with a midori flavored herbal jagermeister, this shooter is for you! Presentation and flavor but the chambord seems to be a bit lost in this cocktail–it’s there for flair.
This episode brings the chocolate in the form of Godiva’s Chocolate liqueur along with some Kapali Coffee Liqueur, Ryan’s Irish Cream and Chambord. Chocolate lovers rejoice as this is a tasty little treat for those with a sweet tooth.
