A sour cocktail that tastes like dessert and fun loving creamy oak. Of course, egg white is involved for that silky smooth mouth feel, foamy head and taking some edge off the overproof cask strength bourbon. Bad Eggs...

The Irish Wake, what makes it Irish? The only thing we can think of is the high amount of alcohol and the stereotype that Irish know how to drink (they do have a holiday named after it after all).

Not sure what makes this such a mars shooter (or master of it), but I am guessing the layering technique looks like something you'd see on an alien terrain. But, how does it taste?

The Purple Gecko, turns out not so purple because we forgot the 1 oz. of Cranberry Juice. So, if you do that perhaps you'll get a nice purple and a bit more dryness in the flavor profile. In many ways, this tastes much like a standard margarita, but it could use a bit of agave nectar to go into that direction. In other ways, once cranberry juice is added, you're closer to that of the Pink Cadillac Margarita.

Our second red bull cocktail of the week (since we had a can we might as well use all of it). The Bullfrog tries to duplicate the works of a Long Island iced tea but brings in curacao and a half can of red bull. Will it hold up with all those ingredients and no juice to balance out the sharp alcohols and energy drink?

The Green Thumb is definitely green with a bit of foam on the top, submitted by Alfredo... but now I'm hungry for some pasta. The alcohol balance is very good in this drink, there might almost be too good of a balance. No one ingredient overpowers the Green Thumb, if anything there is a bit of an ethanol draw on the back of the finish. This is much like a fancy screwdriver cocktail.

The Añejo Highball, or the "Añeho-ho Highball", is much the child of a Dark n' Stormy, it's got the rum and ginger beer with a bit of lime and curacao to give off a little sweetness along side a bit of bitter. You can find a few different base spirits used for an añejo highball, for us we're doing this with a rum.

The iceberg shooter, another cocktail that's designed to look fancy while bringing a little bit of a minty taste along with the cream it rides upon. The Iceberg Shooter could be good for a themed party (or maybe the cold part of the year) and, of course, for Canadians!

Here is a flavorful little number, the shark repellant cocktail has a great color with nice pineapple body with citrus that is both sour and sweet without any real alcohol burn. The closest comparison is a pineapple lemonade, if such a thing exists. Adding coconut would simply ruin this cocktail by making it taste like every other tropical cocktail.

One of the more highly requested cocktail recipes, it is right up there with the Long Island Iced Tea. The Adios Motherfucker, A.M.F or AMF cocktail is constantly being searched for because of its crazy mysterious ingredients. Okay, it's not that crazy, you're looking at about the same design as the Long Island Ice Tea with blue curacao and no triple sec (with citrus soda instead of coke).
