Sweet candy cocktail with a bright and cheery color. We’re talking a rainbow of flavors from pineapple to orange, to muted vanilla and a big butterscotch attack (and scent). Very intense in flavor and color; a definite must try for those that have pineapple vodka on hand.

The Illusion cocktail has a fabulous color using some basic alcohols each having their own cool coloring. You’ll get a nice slightly sweet cocktail with hints of midori but nothing screaming “melon” in this drink. The finish is slightly hot (presumably from the alcohols) and ends with a neat coconut finish.

Layered shooters are always a good time, this pousse-cafe cocktail layers a mixture of hpnotiq and blue curacao (both blue) with jagermeister. It’s like a tropical fruit storm of herbs in your mouth.

We’re pulling out the Don Q Limón Rum with some champagne and blue curacao. If you’re thinking about serving champagne for the evening festivities perhaps adding some fancy blue will impress the guests. This can be a good drink to get you through the start of 2010.
