Ketel One and Bailey’s sent us a few cocktail creations to consider for a crazy creative celebration of Valentine’s Day (tongue twister!?) One cocktail for the Bailey’s fans and another for the Ketel One connoisseurs! So, you now have no excuse on Valentine’s Day cocktails if you’ve been following everyday drinkers around this week.
Here is your Valentine’s Day cocktail of the day, we’ve got a champagne flute, crushed ice and a slightly sour flavor profile. If you’re searching for a cocktail that brings out the brandy and rum influences without the core spirits being drowned out in juices, here is a cocktail that shall show it off in full view. You know, Valentine’s Day style.
A shot of viagra alcohol style. Hopefully this recipe gets through your spam filters because this sucker is a hot-topic in the world of e-mail spam bots. The Recipe: 1/3 oz. Green Creme de Menthe, 1/3 oz. White Creme de Cacao, 1/2 oz. Irish Cream, 1/2 oz. Amaretto
We do not have a proper valentine’s day cocktail without some X-rated action. Every year we seem to bring this liqueur to the front of the line for the lovers holiday. Recipe: 1 oz. Raspberry Liqueur, 1 oz. Lime Juice, 1 oz. Gin, 3 oz. X-Rated Fusion Liqueur.
Now in green! Okay, so we must have needed to bust out more traditional means of measuring our blueberries, I apologize to Yan for our failure to get the color incorrect. I’m sure our taste comes out pretty damn close to Yan’s expectations so that may be the best part of this drink.
Our first cocktail for the upcoming lovely holiday of Valentines. If there is any disappointment, it’s the lack of good spice, but that can be fixed by changing up some brands or proportions. The recipe: 1 oz. Spiced Rum, 1 oz. Irish Cream, 1 oz. Frangelico
This is a shooter that we invented to make for a thematic valentine’s day celebration. You’ll need Prickly Pear Drink Mixer to make it and get the right flavor and color. The recipe includes: 1 oz. Light Rum, 1/2 oz. Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey, 1/2 oz. Orgeat Syrup, 1/2 oz. Pera Prickly Pear Drink Mixer.
This cocktail brings X-Rated Fusion back into the scene along with some vodka and juices. A light pink cocktail for Valentine’s day or any other day you’re looking for a juicy flavorful beverage. This recipe includes: 1 oz. X-Rated Fusion Liqueur, 1 1/2 oz. Vodka, 1 oz. Orange Juice, 1 oz. Pineapple Juice, 1/2 oz. Grenadine and a lemon twist.
Our Valentine’s Day cocktail, combier rouge, combier orange liqueur some brut champagne and a little orange zest. Tasty, classy, good for the holiday.
The Champagne Cocktail is a classic little recipe. Valentine’s Day is on the way, perhaps this is something you can serve your loved on this February? Cognac, bitters, sugar and champagne. Yummy!
