Time to make five reposado tequila cocktails, we’re creating the La Bomba to taste test the brands. We’ll make the La Bomba Tequila with five brands of Reposado: Tres Generaciones, Don Julio, El Gran Jubileo, Partida and 100-proof Dulce Vida.
We’re tasting reposado tequila, five brands including: Tres Generaciones, Don Julio, El Gran Jubileo, Partida and the 100-Proof Dulce Vida. We tried to get a cross-section of pricing and style but each tequila ranged from USD $40 to USD $50 so we didn’t get as big of a price bracket as we wanted.
We received the Reposado last in the series of the El Gran Jubileo Tequila product line so we’re really looking back to the younger variety of Blanco as well as its older brethren of Añejo as a point of reference.
