Happy Christmas! Or, Happy New Year depending on when you find the Blooming Champagne Cocktail used best. You can use this cocktail to celebrate any season. All you really need is a jar of hibiscus flowers and a bottle of champagne, and maybe a little rose water to fill it out.

Time to make a Dark 'n Stormy Christmas Eve Style. How does one do that? With Jagermeister Spice of course! In most regards this taste much like a Dark 'n Stormy, although Derrick prefers a bit more of a lemon juice in his Dark 'n Stormy recipe designs, this one brings in a bit of a "holiday spice" in the form of subtle vanilla from the Jagermeister Spice. However, it's much more overpowered with the ginger beer addition.

Grandma's cookies are always great, and this shot proves it. When combining all of these ingredients it would be rare for them not to work out together; Grandma doesn't disappoint.

Time to bring out a cocktail submitted in 2013 for the holidays that didn't make the broadcast. But, no worries, here is the Ho, Ho, Ho cocktail for this holiday celebration.

A creamy sweet minty chocolate eggnog flavor with a nice body and great mild mint flavor. Maybe could use some more chocolate flavor in the form of a white chocolate liqueur.

A maple syrup like taste with a bit of a tart finish

It tastes...just like a scented candle smells, cinnamon and sweetness. However, there is a fairly intense burn in the finish.

Nice creamy eggnog, chocolate, coffee and alcohol-burning fire. Tastes like it could be some type of twisted coffee ice cream of doom. Right down the center tongue numbing Christmas nog.

A massively complex flavor profile with a thru-and-thru pipe tobacco profile with a light sweetness, muted almost non-existent hazelnut with some nice chocolate lacings.

Well balanced juniper against a dark berry finish that is neither sweet nor tart. The flavors build their own unique taste experience that is neither gin nor black current.
