Today we are going to show you how to make the Nor’Easter cocktail, a drink that fits the New England region because, well, we’re always getting hit by ’em!

Runamok Maple Syrup:
The Nor’Easter is both a storm and a drink, or at least it is now. It’s always been a storm 🙂 This cocktail recipe brings together a few things we love in the north: high alcohol and maple syrup. We do we specifically like maple syrup? Because we have plenty of maple trees, and we’re using Runamok Maple for this cocktail — you can use whatever you have but we suggest a nice real maple syrup.
The Nor’Easter drink, in our case anyway, uses a higher proof bourbon because it’s freaking cold. We just got to Thanksgiving and it’s bitter cold, snow on the ground, and it’s insane. We’re not even in December yet! What is going on!
Time for the Nor’Easter cocktail. Get ready, here is the recipe:
– 2 oz bourbon
– ½ oz lime juice
– ½ oz maple syrup
– 1 oz ginger beer
– Lime slice
Drink the nor’easter instead of going Black Friday shopping a day early.
