The Bloody Mary cocktail is no doubt the meatball of cocktails, everyone has their own recipe and they will tell your their recipe is the best. Well, there are plenty of great recipes, the more savory and spicy the more preferred by a lot of people.
You’ll find many Bloody Mary cocktails using some fantastically complicated garnishes that make them stand out in the headlines and foodie blogs. We’re not going to make a Bloody Mary that the phantom gourmet is going to rave about, but we’re going to give you a Bloody Mary recipe to get you started down the road of tomato based vodka cocktails.
The standard Bloody Mary uses vodka, but you can get crazy and use a gin or tequila (Bloody Maria) as well, don’t limit your Bloody Mary by anything except your imagination. If your imagination is limited, expand your imagination and build a brand new Bloody Mary recipe to blow your friends minds.

The Bloody Mary
– 1 ½ oz. / 50ml Vodka
– 4 oz. / 120ml Tomato Juice
– 2-Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
– 4-Dashes Tabasco Sauce
– ½ oz. / 15ml Lemon Juice
– Pinch of Salt & Pepper
– ¼ oz. / 10ml Horseradish
– Celery Stick Garnish
– (Optional) Celery & Firewater Bitters “to taste”
