Today we learn how to make the summer solstice sipper, a bourbon cocktail that’s pretty easy to make and helps to celebrate the summer solstice. This cocktail recipe brings some fruit, strawberry and basil along side spicy ginger beer.
But, an easy bourbon cocktail isn’t the only reason to create the summer solstice sipper–it’s also a recipe that brings dry flavor without too much sweet.
If you’re into cocktails that don’t bring extreme sweet, this sleeper might be the cocktail recipe for you. Sure, the summer solstice sipper lacks the sugar forward flavor and that makes it a bit more desirable for those that are watching their sugar intake. But, ginger beer does bring sugar.
