The French Martini is a simple number, the hardest part is the call for fresh pressed pineapple juice. Too much work? Just use unsweetened canned pineapple juice, we won’t tell anyone.
This drink calls for a raspberry liqueur, use Chambord, Raspberry Di Amore or whatever you have in the raspberry category. If you use a fresh liqueur it will probably turn more purple.
The French Martini
– 2 oz. Vodka
– 1/2 oz. Black Raspberry Liqueur
– 1 1/2 oz. Fresh Pressed Pineapple Juice
