Today we look at three variations on the standard Long Island Iced Tea, a very popular and slightly dangerous little cocktail creation. These long island drinks are not “by the book” standard, but are spin-offs of the original and, often, more tasty and exciting.

One Night Stand Long Island Iced Tea
1 1/2 oz Vodka, 1 1/2 oz Gin, 1 1/2 oz White Rum, 1 1/2 oz tequila (silver), 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps, 1/2 oz. Sour Mix, 1 oz Malibu, Fill the rest with orange juice, Splash of Grenadine over the top as garnish
