A Pink Floyd Cocktail? The Division Bell turns out to be a completely unique drink using ingredients we would never expect to use together.

The Division Bell cocktail is a cocktail build in homage to Pink Floyd’s Division Bell. This is a cocktail that, three years ago, would have not been something we would even want to try: aperol…a bitter alcohol along side maraschino liqueur and mezcal!? No way.

But, times have changed, the flavor of a mezcal was already something new to adapt to and we have and Aperol is more sweet than bitter in the end. Maraschino seems to work well in the drink too!

Maybe you have to level up to get to here? Dunno!
