A tiki bourbon cocktail, very far and few bourbon cocktails that are considered in the making of tiki design. The Port Light (along with the Suffering Bastard in some recipes) contains bourbon and tends to be like a passion fruit focused bourbon sour cocktail.
There is a good deal of sour in this drink and many passion fruits do have a big sour component to them. If you’re a bourbon lover and like the tiki concept, this is a good experience for you.
