The sandbar stour starts our tiki week. Two out of three think this is a pretty good cocktail, definitely plays on the sweet tart swing of things, having a tart bite near the finish that lingers with a sweeter syrup like flavor profile.

While slightly balanced towards the sweet tooth, it makes for a good sweeter tiki cocktail for those that don’t want the punch in the face tiki cocktail. Island spices come through along with the grapefruit experience but the rum may get a bit lost, which isn’t surprising with all the flavors within the design.
