Tasting Notes: A bit more of a sour bite to what could traditionally be seen as more of a whiskey sour. The agave brings a bit less sweet allowing the lemon to bring a bit more domination.

Time to bring the oak with the oak and roll cocktail. This can utilize bourbon or, in our case, Rye (because we can). The oak perhaps also comes into play because of the use of Oakheart from Bacardi but we did not get much of it in the taste.
