Aphrodite’s Affection, with Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite Bitters

Tasting Notes:  A warm belly warming rum bite that rounds out with sweet citrus and a muted coffee finish.

We start the week with a homemade custom designed cocktail: Aphrodite’s Affection. The concept behind this is simple: build a cocktail to highlight the nuances of Adam Elmegirab’s Aphrodite Bitters keeping it “basic” in cocktail design.

Recipe:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Gold Rum
  • 1/2 oz. Licor 43
  • 3 Dashes Aphrodite Bitters
  • Garnish with Orange Peel
