Sneaky Jim Cocktail Recipe, HOW-TO

Tasting Notes: A nice sour, lovely acidity with lemon citrus, nice follow up of amaretto with no true alcohol finish. A good sour balanced against the almond sweet.

  • 1 oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz. Amaretto
  • 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz. Light Rum
