No funny letters will get by us, this shooter, pronounced “poon-shkey” represents a Polish jelly-filled doughnut. It’s a popular Fat Tuesday item in Michigan, is it popular in Poland? I’ve got no clue, perhaps one of our Polish folks will raise their hand.

  • 1/2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps
  • 1/2 oz. Bailey’s Caramel Irish Cream
  • 1/2 oz. Chambord / Raspberry Liqueur
