How To Make The Blue Pool Cocktail

Tasting Notes: Cashaça essence right from the start and into the finish, with a pop of potent bite, super subtle sour with a citrus “burning” sensation included in the finish. Big orange juice body that remains from start to end.

Okay, so it’s kinda green, but it has some blue streaks running through it once you top it with blue curacao. So that’s like blue, right?

  • 1 oz Cachaca
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Sweet/Sour Mix
  • 1/3 oz Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
  • 4 oz Orange Juice
