How To Make The Stormy Pear

Tasting Notes: Sweet pear mingled with a mild bite of ginger, more bite than that of a ginger ale for sure, but not nearly as intense as the dark ‘n stormy. Really sweet pear attack, smooth body.

It’s like a dark ‘n stormy because it uses Ginger Beer…but that’s about it!

 Recipe:

  • 1 1/2 oz. Xante Pear Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
  • 1 Dash Simple Syrup
  • 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • Top with Ginger Beer
