He travels the world, training bartenders, staff and educating the world on some of the Beam Global brands. In 2008 he set a world record for the most cocktails made in an hour–he created 253 cocktails with at least 3 ingredients in them… in an hour.

Gotta admit I was disappointed that you didnt bring up the matter of Europe not getting a lot of major brands being used in the US bartending industry and how he solves those issues when he’s travelling around and finds himself without some of his own favorite brands like Cruzan Rum.
