Scotch Manhattan (Rob Roy) Recipe

A lovely classic built with scotch whisky, we’re still using some Johnnie Walker Black Label until we get to diversify our scotch collection. This is a sweeter version of our prior Manhattan cocktail, the Dry Manhattan using bourbon.
Lovely, hints of sweetness that round out the alcohol punch yet leave the aged oak lingering on the palate.
