Caramel Sundae

This slightly sweeter cocktail may be a great introductory cocktail as well as a nice after dinner cocktail that brings a bit of that coffee-like attitude in a sweeter sundae style alternative to ice cream. While it brings a dessert quality it doesn’t use juices, sugars or sweetners to get to the end result.

Although, some might say butterscotch schnapps is a dessert all its own.
