Gotta say that was the most interesting episode yet, I’ll take a lot away from that interview. Mixing cocktails isn’t something I’m chasing for a profession but I want to become really skilled in the art and express my creativity with flavors.
Thx again I’ll be sure to keep listening.
Cheers

In regards to stocking your home bar, I have found that finding a cocktail that you like, searching for the ingredients and buying what you need for that cocktail works very well, and lets you build your liquor collection as you progress. You find another cocktail you like, and buy those spirits, and stops you from buying random spirits that you might not use.
